Dr Garcia completed her undergraduate degree in gender studies and education at the University of California, Los Angeles. She combines different techniques to best meet the unique needs of each of her patients. She finds yoga practice to be grounding and supportive, and enjoys sharing this practice with others, especially those who are new or skeptical.
